PTSL provides advice and guidance on traffic and transportation aspects of Resource Consents, and Plan Changes for re-zoning land and for Notice of Requirements. We regularly work for Road Controlling Authorities and Councils to provide advice on the traffic and transportation effects and consistency with relevant plans and policies. We use our extensive background in traffic and transportation engineering to provide guidance to our clients including determining traffic effects, requirements for any mitigation measures or appropriate traffic related conditions. We frequently attend hearings.
Our Director, Martin Peake, is an experienced expert witness in traffic and transport related matters and has given evidence at hearings and in the Environment Court in relation to a range of plan changes in the Auckland Region.
PTSL provides traffic and transport assistance to private clients for developments including advice on site access and layout, vehicle tracking checks and in the preparation of Transportation Assessments to support Resource Consent applications.
