Plan Changes and Notice of Requirements
Plan Changes
PTSL has been assisting Auckland Council and Auckland Transport with providing expert traffic and transportation advice on a range of Private Plan Changes across the Auckland Region. Private Plan changes that have been concluded include:
- PC25 – Warkworth North
- PC40 – Clayden Road, Warkworth
- PC59 – 473 Albany Highway
- PC67 – Hingaia
- PC73 – Waiuku
- PC74 – Golding Meadows
- PC76 – Golding Road and Birch Road
- PC85 – 48 Esmonde Road
PTSL is actively working on a number of other plan changes that are at various stages of progress.
Our Director Martin Peake has been an expert witness for Auckland Council and Auckland Transport including providing written evidence and appearance at hearings and in the Environment Court.
Through these projects he has been involved in expert witness caucusing to address any outstanding differences between the parties to either resolve these differences or clearly articulate the positions of the various expert witnesses.
Notice of Requirements (NoRs)
PTSL has been assisting Auckland Council with providing expert traffic and transportation advice on a range of Notice of Requirements across the Auckland Region. These include:
- Waka Kotahi – Falls Road and Wylie Road
- Ministry of Education – West Hoe Heights School, Orewa
- Ministry of Education –Milldale School
- Supporting Growth Alliance – Warkworth
- Supporting Growth Alliance – Takanini Rail Crossings
- Counties Energy – Waiau Pa substation
- Watercare – South West Waste Water Treatment Plant
Our Director, Martin Peake, has provided technical reports to support the reporting planner and has appeared as a traffic expert at hearings where these have occurred to provide advice to the hearings panels.
